Marketing agency for moving companies. Measured on moves, not forms.
A moving company does not grow from more enquiries alone. It grows when the ads find the customer, and quoting and booking can keep up. This is how we work, built on CPH Flyt.

Scaling through Meta and Google Ads, and a sales and quoting process that is now 64% automated.

We build marketing for moving companies from ad to booking
As a marketing agency for moving companies, we run Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email and tracking, and we measure all of it on booked moves, not on submitted forms. We are a Danish performance agency in Aarhus. For the moving company CPH Flyt we built targeted Google Ads, local Meta Ads in Copenhagen and the surrounding area, a conversion-optimised website and a CRM with an automated sales process.
The difference between a moving company and a webshop is that the sale does not happen on the site. The customer sends an enquiry, gets a quote and books a date, often after a phone call or a site visit. The ads can deliver the enquiry. The rest decides whether it becomes a move. That is why we work on both.
Customers search locally, check the price and book a fixed date
Searches on Google show how a move is bought. The broad term is big, but a large share of demand comes with a town name or a price question attached.
- searches a month for “flyttefirma” (moving company)
- 6,400
- searches a month for “flyttefirma københavn”
- 1,400
- searches a month for “flyttefirma priser” (prices)
- 700
Three things follow. The customer is looking for a company nearby, so geography belongs in the ad. Many check the price in the search itself, so the quote has to be easy to understand. And the move has a date, so a fast, clear answer carries a lot of weight.
Google Ads first, Meta Ads next and tracking from day one
The channels are not equally important for a moving company, and the order matters. Someone who searches has to move now. Someone who scrolls might have to move. So we usually start with search and build out from there.
| Channel | The job | When |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Catches people searching now | First |
| Tracking & Data | Measures what the ads lead to | From the start |
| Meta Ads | Reaches people nearby before they search | Once search runs |
| Follows up quotes, up to moving day | Once quotes go out | |
| TikTok Ads | Reach with video | Once the rest runs |

The order is a starting point, not a rule. If Google already runs well, Meta can be the next step straight away. If you have no measurement of bookings, that is the first thing we build, whatever the channel.
The bottleneck sits between lead and booking
A moving company can always buy more enquiries. But if quotes, bookings and invoices are still handled by hand, more enquiries just mean more work for the same person. More leads into a manual quoting process give you a longer queue, not more moves.
That was the starting point at CPH Flyt: a newly started moving company with low booking volume and fully manual processes. In an 18-month engagement we built the marketing, the website and the CRM automation, and 64% of the sales and quoting process is now automated. The ads brought in the enquiries. According to the case, the 12× more moves a month came from automating quotes, booking and invoicing.

Each channel solves its own part of the path to a booking
We run five channels for moving companies. The article on Google Ads below covers how we set it up, what we measure, and when it is not the first thing to do. The other channels are described on our service pages for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Email Marketing and Tracking & Data.
Graphics, video and automation come with the partnership
Ads need material, and leads need a process. That is why we make statics and graphic videos for the account ourselves, and build automations for quotes, booking and invoicing. We do not sell them on their own. They come with a performance partnership, so a test does not wait for a design, and a lead does not wait for a quote.
- Graphic design: statics and ad design, made in-house
- Graphic videos for Meta and TikTok, made in-house
- Automations for quotes, booking and invoicing
- Tracking on every channel, server-side too, included for performance clients
Three questions decide whether ads can pay off for you
Before you turn up the ads, three questions are worth asking. None of them is about ads. How long does one quote take, multiplied by the number of enquiries a week? That shows where the ceiling is, and ads cannot lift it. Where does a booking live today, in a CRM, a spreadsheet or a calendar, and can it be pulled out again? And how many moves can you take, in and out of season?
If your calendar is already full, more ads are not the answer. Then it is the quoting process or the capacity, and we say so out loud before you spend money on the wrong thing.
A conversation about your area, your quoting process and your numbers. We tell you what we would do first, and whether ads are the right place to start at all.
Book a call30 minutes. We look at your account and your numbers and tell you honestly what we would do.

A marketing agency can bring in enquiries through Google Ads, Meta Ads and other channels. For a moving company that is only half the job. The other half is measuring which enquiries become booked moves, and making sure quoting and booking can keep up. We work on both.
Usually Google Ads, because someone searching for a moving company already has to move. Measurement of bookings should be in place from the start. Meta Ads typically comes next, once search is running and you can take on more jobs.
Because we have done it for a moving company and can show it. For CPH Flyt we built Google Ads, local Meta Ads, a conversion-optimised website and automated quotes, booking and invoicing, and 64% of the sales and quoting process is now automated. We measure on booked moves, and we tell you when ads are not the answer.
No. We are based in Aarhus, and at CPH Flyt the Meta Ads had a local focus on Copenhagen and the surrounding area. The channels work the same way across Denmark. What changes from area to area is the search terms, the competition and how far your vans drive.
A lead is an enquiry: a form, a call or a message. A booking is a move with a date and a price. If the ad account only sees leads, it also optimises towards enquiries that never become anything. That is why the bookings have to be sent back to it.
Yes. The first thing we would look at is what your account counts as a conversion. If it only lists forms and calls, the account optimises towards enquiries, not moves. You can check it yourself in Google Ads under Goals and then Conversions.
