Frederik has worked with e-commerce since 2014 and Viktor since 2017. Both have helped scale countless webshops from early stages to growth companies. In 2021, Viktor founded Mangor Marketing, where he as a consultant helped businesses accelerate their growth. At the same time, Frederik was a partner in a larger agency – today known as WeAreSpace – before continuing his journey as E-commerce Manager at Skagen Clothing. In early 2025, Frederik and Viktor met through networking, and here the vision emerged: not just an agency, but a small, sharp and extremely competent team. Since officially founding Mangor Marketing in the summer of 2021, he has generated over 250 million DKK in sales value and managed an advertising budget of over 45 million DKK. In 2025, Mangor Marketing became Swerv Digital. Before joining Swerv Digital as partner and CMO, he played a central role in lifting Skagen Clothing from their first million in revenue, breaking Black Week records year after year, and expanding the company to five markets.
